the suite was a decent size. the swimming pool and the atmosphere were okay for relaxation. the kids enjoyed themselves there.
the service at the hotel was slow, particularly at dinner time. the hotel is not centrally located. there is not much around the hotel. the area looked like a derelict building site (i did not feel comfortable walking around there).

The room was acceptable in size.
The noise levels were unacceptable. A bar operated above my room with music playing until 2 AM. Housekeeping also proved inadequate. The room showed signs of dust and grime, suggesting infrequent cleaning. The restaurant served food of poor quality, my gambas pil-pil were inedible. I requested its removal from the bill but the manager refused

I was excited about the friendly staff, they was always ready to help. our suite room was spacious with a lovely Moroccan design. the pool are was super clean, very inviting for a swim. i appreciate the nice garden with many colorful flowers. It added a great touch.
The breakfast bread was not fresh one morning.

the staff was always smiling. a staff member arranged a taxi fast. i appreciate the staff attentiveness at the reception, they answered all my questions quickly.

the hotel had a great pool for families. i saw multiple clean towels always available near the pool. there are many loungers for everyone, what means you can easily relax near the water.
